摘　　要：目的使用Al(OH)_3胶体悬浮液为新型小颗粒(SPR)指纹显现试剂对胶带粘面上富脂潜指纹的显现效果进行研究。方法以Al(OH)_3、NaOH、H_2C_2O_4、C_(18)H_(29)NaO_3S为原料,制备Al(OH)_3胶体SPR指纹显现试剂,研究C_(18)H_(29)NaO_3S浓度及指纹遗留时间对胶带粘面富脂潜指纹显现效果的影响,并与两种市售SPR试剂的指纹显现效果进行比较。结果当C_(18)H_(29)NaO_3S浓度为8.61 mmol/L时,所制Al(OH)_3胶体SPR指纹显现试剂对遗留时间为24 h以内的潜指纹显现效果良好,对1 h的新鲜潜指纹显现效果优于SPR1001 Dark试剂。结论胶带粘面富脂潜指纹可用Al(OH)_3胶体悬浮液SPR试剂很好地显现,纹路清晰、细节特征明显且与背景对比度高。Objective This study aims to develop a new-type small particle reagent （SPR） of Al（OH）3 colloidal suspension for enhancing the visualization of latent sebaceous fingerprints on adhesive tape. Methods The SPR of AI（OH）3 colloidal suspension （0.50 mol/L） was made from aluminum hydroxide （AI（OH）3）, sodium hydroxide （NaOH）, oxalic acid （H2C2O4）, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate （C18H29NaO3S）. The effect of both the concentration of ClsH29NaO3S and fingerprint remaining time on enhancement was tested. The performance of two commercial SPR reagents was compared with that of the SPR of Al（OH）3 colloidal suspension. Results With the concentration of C18H29NaO3S at 8.61 mmol/L, the new SPR of AI（OH）3 colloidal suspension shows good effect on enhancing the visualization of latent sebaceous fingerprint that has been remained on adhesive tape within 24 hours, and its performance of latent fingerprint enhancement is better than that of SPR1001 Dark reagents for the fresh （lh） latent sebaceous fingerprint. Conclusions The method, enhancing the visualization of latent sebaceous fingerprints on adhesive tape by the new-type SPR of AI（OH）3 colloidal suspension, has advantages of clear fingerprint image, obvious minutiae and high contrast to the background of the tape.
