休闲体育专业“H”型人才培养模式研究——以淮南师范学院为例

摘　　要：以淮南师范学院休闲体育专业人才培养实际运行状况为考察对象,在调查研究的基础上重点分析了现行模式存在的问题,并以此论证了推行"H"型人才培养模式的可行性、必要性及实施路径。The research investigated the practical running situations of recreational sport talent training in Hua- inan Normal College. On the base of research, it analyzed the problems of current model and the possibility, necessity and mechanism method of the H mehtods has been proved.
