柔性教育在经管类专科学生统计学教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：柔性教育对当前高等教育人才培养模式改革具有很好的导向作用。将柔性教育思想引入到经管类专科学生统计学教学中,探讨柔性教育在统计学教学中的应用效果,并提出了应用策略:教学管理目标化、教学计划弹性化、教学内容模块化、教学过程互动化和考核评价多样化,从而激发学生学习潜能,提升教师教学效果。The flexible education has the good guiding role on the current reform of higher education personnel training mode. The study introduces the flexible education thought into the statistics teaching of economic management college students, discusses the application effect, and puts forward the application strategies in terms of targeted teaching management, flexible teaching plan, modular teaching content, interactive teaching process and diversified evaluation, so as to stimulate students learning potential and improve the teaching effect.
