江苏省青年体育教师适应性评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着社会发展和高等教育改革,高校工作节奏的日益加快,青年教师的适应性问题越来越普遍,他们需要同时承担教学、科研等任务,同时面对职称晋升、职务提高等问题和解决结婚生子等人生重要事项。本文从青年体育教师出发,对青年体育教师的适应性状况进行研究,通过调查分析青年体育教师适应性的现状;在适应性现状的基础上,结合体育教学的特色,建立了青年体育教师适应性评级指标体系,并运用模糊数学综合评价方法对体系进行了实例论证。In recent years, with the social development and higher education reform, colleges and universities work faster and faster, the problem of adaptability among young teachers is more and more common, they need to undertake teaching, research and other tasks, while have to face job promotion, job improvement , solve marriage and other important matters of life. Based on the present situation of adaptability and combine with the characteristics of physical education, this paper starts with young PE teachers, and analyzes the adaptability of them. And then through the situation of adaptation among young PE teachers, establishes an evaluation index system, uses fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to demonstrate the system.
