中医治则治法中的战争隐喻研究

摘　　要：应用认知语言学概念隐喻理论对中医治则治法中的战争隐喻进行研究;战争需要根据瞬息万变的战况,抓住时机,应用正确的战略、战术,从而取得最后的胜利;诊治疾病需要根据病情的千变万化,抓住病机,确立准确的治则治法,促使机体向愈。二者逻辑上的相似性为中医治则治法中战争隐喻的构建奠定了认知学基础。This paper put to use metaphor theory, from cognitive linguistics conceptual for research of warfare metaphor at principle and methods of treatment in TCM, during the war, the correct strategies and taetics shouhl be applied for changing situation on the battlefield, seizing the opportunity, so as to achieve the final victory; diagnosis and treatment also need us to seize the pathogenesis by the disease situation, and establish accurate treatment therapy to achieve the prompting recovery. The similarity of two kinds in logic lays the foundation of cognitive for the construetion of warfare metaphors in principle of treatment in TCM.
