摘  要:目的研究无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗抑郁症的临床效果与对体内血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的影响。方法 将2015年1月-2016年3月我院收治的106例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组53例。所有患者采用艾司西酞普兰治疗,研究组在此基础上采用MECT治疗。在治疗前后,所有患者接受体内血清BDNF水平检测、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估。结果 治疗前,两组患者体内血清BDNF水平、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组的两项指标均有所改善。研究组患者血清BDNF水平上升较对照组明显(P〈0.05)。HAMD评分亦是研究组下降明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 MECT治疗能提高抑郁症患者的血清BDNF水平,血清BDNF可能是MECT抗抑郁疗效的相关指标。Objective To study the clinical effect of modifiled electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) treating depression and influence on serum brain-derived neurotrophicfaetor (BDNF) in vivo.Methods From January 2015 to March 2016,a total of 106 patients with depression in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group (n=53) and the control group (n=53).All patients were treated by Escitalopram,and the study group was treated with modifiled electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) on the basis of Eseitalopram.Serum BDNF level in vivo was detected and Hamilton DepressionRating Scale for (HAMD) was used to evaluate before and after treatment in all patients.Results Before treatment,serum BDNF in vivo and HAMD score had no statistically significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05).After treatment,two above-mentioned indexes in two groups were improved.Serum BDNF level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05).HAMD score was also significantly decreased in the study group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion MECT treatment can improve the serum BDNF level in patients with depression,and serum BDNF may be the relevant indicator of antidepressant efficacy for MECT.
