园艺专业实训课教学和用人单位需求分析

摘　　要：园艺专业对学生的专业实践能力的要求要高于其他专业。该文主要结合北京农学院园艺专业的教学经验,介绍实训课过程中,园艺专业学生和用人单位的需求,为都市型现代农业人才的培养实践教学提供一些新的研究方向。The students in horticulture specialty have higher professional practice ability demand than students inother specialty.In this paper,we introduced the demands of students and employing units in practical teaching modeof horticulture,combined with teaching experience in our departments.We hope we can provide some research direc-tion to urban modern agriculture talents cultivation practice.
