手术切除牙龈瘤同步行累及牙即刻再植远期效果研究

摘　　要：目的:评价手术切除牙龈瘤同步行累及牙即刻再植远期临床效果。方法:选取2012年3月至2014年4月在我院口腔科择期行牙龈瘤手术切除患者134例,随机分成传统组和种植组,传统组采取常规牙龈瘤手术切除方法,种植组采取手术切除牙龈瘤同步行累及牙即刻再植,术后对患者随访3年,记录两组患者随访中牙龈瘤治愈情况及再植牙情况。结果:种植组患者术后治愈率为97.0%,牙龈瘤复发率为3.0%,与传统组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后随访3年,共有6例(9.0%)12颗(10.5%)再植牙出现失败,累计成功率89.5%。结论:手术切除牙龈瘤同步行累及牙即刻再植具有较好的远期效果,临床治愈率高,牙龈瘤复发率低,再植牙成功率高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the surgical removal of the tumor synchronous lines involving the teeth gums immediate replantation long-term clinical results. Methods： Select from March 2012 to April2014 in our hospital dentistry elective surgical excision epulis 134 cases of patients were randomly divided into groups and planting a traditional group, the traditional group taking conventional methods gingival tumor resection, resection growing group taking epulis synchronous line involving the teeth replanted immediately postoperative patients were followed up for 3 years, recording the follow-up of two groups of patients were cured epulis situation and re-implant case. Result： The cure rate after growing group of patients was 97.0% epulis recurrence rate of 3.0%, compared with the traditional group differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, were followed up for 3 years, a total of six cases（9.0%）12 teeth（10.5%） and then implant failures occur, the cumulative success rate of 89.5%. Conclusion：Surgical excision epulis tooth synchronous line involving immediate replantation has better long-term results, the clinical cure rate is high, gingival tumor recurrence rate, and then implant success rate,worthy of clinical application.
