摘 要:目的:探讨放射性模板(radiographic template)联合锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)影像作为种植简易导板应用于上颌无牙颌种植修复的效果。方法:本例拟行种植修复的上颌无牙颌患者术前制作放射性模板,并佩带放射性模板拍摄CBCT,通过测量分析设计种植修复方式,利用放射性模板作为简易导板指导种植手术并完成即刻修复,术后拍摄曲面断层全景片。结果:通过曲面断层全景片显示种植体植入的位置较理想,患者对临时义齿效果及功能恢复满意。结论:通过术中放射性模板定位结合CBCT影像,手术安全可靠,种植体植入较为理想的位置,为顺利完成上部修复创造有利条件。Objective: To investigate the feasibility and outcome of radiographic template combined with cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) as a convenient template for implant placement in edentulous maxilla. Methods: Surgical plan was determined based on a CBCT taken with the patient wearing a prefabricated radiographic template, which also worked as a convenient template during implant surgery. Immediate restoration was completed after surgery and a panoramic radiograph was taken. Results:Panoramic radiograph showed ideal position of implant placement. The esthetics and function of the provisional prosthesis were satisfied. Conclusion: The combination of radiographic template and CBCT results in improvement of safety and reliability during surgery and more ideal position of implant placement, thus create favorable conditions for implant supported superstructure.
