运用校本资源提升学生职业素养的探索与实践——以镇江高等专科学校艺术设计学院为例

摘　　要：以"崇爱尚美"文化育人思想为指导,加强学生职业素养的培养,是挖掘校本资源,有针对性地提升学生职业素养,提高大学生思想政治教育实效性的一种积极有益的尝试和探索。以镇江高等专科学校艺术设计学院为例,分析"崇爱尚美"文化育人思想在人才培养中的现实影响,同时结合二级学院实际,从教育、教学、管理和服务等多方面出发,探讨如何充分运用校本资源,培养高素质技能型人才。Using the pursuit of love and beauty and educating people with culture education as the guiding ideology, strengthening the education and training of students’ professional quality,are beneficial attempts and exploration of mining school based historical heritage and cultural resources,aiming to improve students’ professional quality,to im-prove the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.Taking the Art Design Department of Zhenjiang College as an example,this paper analyses the reality of the cultivation of the culture of the pursuit of love and beauty in the talent training in practical effect.Combined with the reality of secondary school,this paper ex-plores how to make full use of school resources,starting from the aspects of education,teaching,management and service,to cultivate high-quality skilled talents of“Be able to do the job”and “Be able to do other work”.
