摘 要:为探讨嫁接是否诱导植物变异,以少球悬铃木为接穗,多球悬铃木为砧木进行嫁接,并对其进行嫁接苗ISSR分析。利用13个引物进行ISSR扩增,结果显示,12个悬铃木材料扩增102条DNA条带,其中84条具有多态性,多态性比率为82.35%。将3组材料分别聚类分析,第1组材料显示悬铃木的插穗与母株没有差异,嫁接苗与母株之间有较小的差异;第2、3组材料显示插穗、嫁接苗与母株之间均有差异。由此可知,少球悬铃木嫁接苗与母株之间可能存在遗传差异。In order to discuss the genetic differences induced by plant grafting, this study was per formed on grafted less-fruit Platanus acerifolia seedlings, less-fruit Platanus acerifolia mother plant, and corresponding rootstocks from more Platanus acerifolia, and cuttings from less-fruit Platanus aceri- folia based on ISSR marker. There were 102 bands in total amplified with 13 ISSR primers in 12 samples, of which 84 bands were polymorphic, and the polymorphic percentage was 82.35%. According to ISSR markers data, the cluster analysis based on genetic similarity coeficients was conducted. 3 groups of materials were clustered, respectively. There was no difference between the cuttings and the mother plant, and a little difference between grafted seedlings and the mother plant. In the second and third group, there were difference among grafted seedlings, cutting, and the mother plant. It was suggested that there may exist some genetic differences among grafted seedlings and the mother plant.
