摘 要:为准确估计出风、光发电的出力和系统的运行状态,保证配电系统稳定、可靠运行,分析了风、光发电的特性及提出风、光发电状态估计模型。采用基于支路电流平方和支路功率的状态估计改进方法对含风、光发电的配电网进行状态估计研究。通过PG&E-69节点系统算例,验证了风、光发电估计模型的有效性,并从接入位置和渗透率角度分析了风、光发电对配电网状态估计的影响。In order to accurately estimate the output of wind and photovoltaic power generation and the state of distribution system so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation,this paper analyzed the characteristics of wind and photovoltaic power generation,and proposed its state estimation model. Based on the improved method based on the square of branch current and the state estimation of branch power,the paper studied the state of the distribution system with wind andphotovoltaic power generation. Through the example of PGE- 69 node system,it is verified that the estimation model is effective. Besides,from the access location and penetration point,the impact of wind and photovoltaic power generation on distribution state estimation is analyzed.
