中小城市公交发展策略研究——以淮安市为例

摘　　要：中小城市经济的发展、城市化进程的推进对城市公交提出了更高的要求。加快发展城市公共交通是实现经济社会可持续发展的必然要求。结合淮安市公交实际,分析淮安市公交发展中存在的问题,从完善公交发展规划、加强政策扶持保障、优化公交线网布局、加强公交设施建设与管理、建立统一的公交智能平台等五个方面提出淮安城市公交发展策略。With the development of economy of medium and small cities and urbanization process,it has put forward higher requirements for urban public transit. It is inevitable to accelerate the development of urban public transit to achieve sustainable economic and social development. In this paper,combining the state of Huaian city,the problems in the development of Huaian public transit are analyzed,and the development strategy of Huaian public transit from five aspects is proposed： to improve public transit development plan; to strengthen policy support and protection; to optimize the public transit network,to enhance the construction and management of public transit facilities and to establish a uniform public transit intelligent platform.
