摘  要:基于软包印刷企业提高生产线自动化水平和降低用人依赖度的技术进步需求,研究以MES中控和WMS为核心的软包装智能工厂涉及的软件框架、通讯、集中监控、物料驱动流程等方面的关键技术;基于现场以太网及本地、局域网WCF接口及云端Azure ServiceBus通信,将生产设备、MES、WMS、QR、ERP及云服务进行集成,形成协同工作模式,重点对设备远程集中双显双控和物料自动管理及运送等功能及技术进行研究;针对典型的软包材料凹印和复合生产线,应用通讯、生产流程和物料流程的相关技术形成了相应的智能工厂系统;该系统通过工业网络将MES、WMS、PLC、云服务等连接起来,形成新形态的设备集中监控网络和物料供应系统,为软包装生产企业智能工厂实施提供了关键技术和典型案例。Based on the technological progress needs of flexible packaging printing enterprises to improve production line automation level and reduce employers dependence, studiedthe key technologyofflexible packaging intelligent factory in which MES central control and WMS as the core involved in software framework, communication, centralized monitoring, material--driven process and other aspects,. Based on WCF interfaces in local Ethernet and LANand Azure ServiceBus communication in cloud, integratedproduction equipment, MES, WMS, QR, ERP and cloud services and formed a cooperative mode, focused on researching capabilities and technologyfor remote centralized dual display and dual--control equipmentand automatic material management and delivery. For typical flexible materials gravure printing and composite production line, formed a corresponding intelligent factory system by applying technology is related to communications, production process and material flow. The system connected MES, WMS, PLC, cloud services by industrial networks, formed a new mode of network of centralized monitoring equipment and material supply system, provided the key technologies and typical case for the intelligence factories implementation of flexible packaging enterprises .
