用户抵制与信息系统成功实施的关系研究

摘　　要：为了探讨用户抵制影响信息系统成功实施的内在机理,重点分析了任务冲突和关系冲突的中介效应。为此选择信息系统终端用户作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型、层级回归等方法分析225份样本数据。研究结果表明:用户抵制对信息系统成功实施有显著的负向影响;任务冲突和关系冲突在用户抵制与信息系统成功实施之间起着相反的中介作用,其中任务冲突有利于信息系统成功实施,而关系冲突不利于信息系统成功实施。This study aimed to investigate the influence mechanism of user resistance on the suc- cessful implementation of information systems, focusing on the mediating effect of task conflict and relationship conflict. We selected the end-users of information systems as research subjects and ana- lyzed the 225 samples through structural equation model, hierarchical regression, and so forth. The results indicated that user resistance has a significantly negative effect on the successful implementa- tion of information systems; task conflict and relationship conflict have contradictory mediating effect in the relationship between user resistance and successful implementation of information systems; and task conflict is beneficial to the successful implementation of information systems while relationship conflict is not conducive to the successful implementation of information systems.
