摘 要:目的探讨在明确青少年哮喘患者哮喘控制下,制订分级运动方案对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月我院收治的96例青少年哮喘患者,按数字表法随机分为观察组48例,对照组48例。观察组区分哮喘程度制订分级运动方案,对照组患者采用常规运动方法。比较两组患者肺功能、运动量、哮喘控制情况。结果经过12周锻炼后,两组的肺功能呈上升趋势,观察组FVC(3609.17±144.37)mL,FEV1/FVC%(85.40±16.35)%,明显优于对照组FVC(3494.57±194.84)mL,FEV1/FVC%(77.36±15.29)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均每周运动时间、运动次数、坚持率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施以区分哮喘程度的分级运动方案能使青少年哮喘患者获得更好的运动效果,能有效控制哮喘,改善肺功能,且利于培养患者运动习惯。Objective To investigate the effects of the graded movement intervention on breathing function of teenage patients for bronchial asthma control. Method 96 teenage patients with bronchial asthma were randomly di vided into the observation group( n =48)and control group( n =48). Patients in observation group was given graded movement plan according to the asthma severity. Patients in control group was received the conventional exercise method. The breathing function, dose of exercise and asthma severity were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks training, The lung function of the two groups showed a rising trend. The FVC and rate of FEV1/FVC for observation group were (3609.17± 144.37)ml and(85.40±16.35)% respectively, which were significant better than control group, which FVC was (3494.57±194.84)ml and FEV1/FVC%(77.36±15.29)% re speetively (P 〈 0.05). The average weekly exercise time, exercise frequency, adherence rates in the observation group were significantly better than that of control group. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The graded movement intervention based asthma severity can help teenage with asthma develp exercise and achieve better exercise effect,effectively control asthma and improve lung function.
