摘  要:从山西某奶牛场随机采集25份奶样,进行细菌分离培养、染色镜检、H2O2酶试验鉴定,并对其进行了9种药物的敏感性试验。结果表明,从25份奶样中分离出18株金黄色葡萄球菌;这18株金黄色葡萄球菌对多种药物呈现出耐药性,其中,对阿莫西林耐药率最高,达77.8%,对卡那霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、磷霉素、头孢曲松的耐药率介于11.1%~44.4%,对左氧氟沙星的耐药率最低,为5.6%。说明金黄色葡萄球菌为该奶牛场奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌,该场奶牛对9种抗生素产生了普遍的耐药性,建议该奶牛场以体外药物敏感试验为参考,进一步扩大药物的筛选范围,选择更多敏感药物进行治疗。25 milk samples were collected from a dairy farm in Shanxi province, meanwhile some procedures such as isolation and cultivation of bacteria, staining and observation, H202 enzyme test, and analysis of drug resistance to 9 drugs were conducted respectively. A total of 18 S. aureus strains were identified successfully from 25 suspected colonies. The result showed that 18 S. aureus strains presented multidrug resistance strains. Resistance rate of all S. aureus strains to amoxicillin was the highest, up to 77.8%. Resistance rates were 11.1%-44.4%, to kanamycin, gentamicin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, fosfomycin and cefoxitin. Resistance rate of levofloxacin was the lowest, only 5.6%. The result indicated that S. aureus strains were the pathogenic bacteria of bovine mastiffs in the dairy farm, and produced drug resistance to 9 drugs. Treatment should be carried based on the drug sensitivity test to selecte more sensitive drugs.
