摘　　要：温病学家吴又可的《温疫论》于1737年传入日本之后,作为第一部传入日本的温病学专著,引起日本医家的极大关注,在日本广泛传播,得到普及。为后期《温病条辨》等其他温病学著作在日本传播流行奠定基础。同时也推动着日本医家明确温病与伤寒的区别,冲破江户时代日本医学界大多依靠《伤寒论》辨证的固定模式,为日本汉方医学的发展做出贡献。虽然明治维新以来,日本医家对吴又可《温疫论》的研究一度停滞不前,但是近年来随着世界范围内传染性疾病的再次流行,越来越多的日本医家开始关注吴又可理论的研究价值,并且广泛探讨《温疫论》在现代临床的多方面应用。相信日本医学界将在感染性、传染性疾病领域更多的研究借鉴吴又可《温疫论》学说。并且未来的趋势是将吴又可《温疫论》的思想,更多的与日本现代先进的医学技术相结合,广泛用于各类型疾病的治疗,同时用来指导新型抗感染抗病毒药物的研发,更好的应用于现代临床。Treatise on Pestilence written by Wu Youke was spread to Japan in 1737. As the first monograph on epidemic febrile disease spread to Japan, it had drawn great attention of Japanese doctors and popularized in Japan, which laid foundation for the spread and popularization of other monographs like Treatise on Diffrentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Disease. Simulta- neously, it promoted the Japanese doctors to identify the difference between epidemic tebrile disease and cold damage and break the fixed model of depending on Treatise on Cold Damage for syndrome differentiation, making great contributions for the develop- ment of traditional Chinese medicine in Japan. Since Meiji Restoration, the researches on Wu Youke＇s Treatise on Pestilence had been standstill, but the prevalence of infectious disease worhtwide in recent years has made more and more Japanese doctors turn their attention to the research value of Wu Youke＇s theory and extensively explore the clinical application of Treatise on Pestiletwe in muhiple aspects. It is believed that Japanese medical field will research and learn more from the theory in Treatise on Pestilence in the fields of infectious diseases, and in the future the idea in Wu Youke＇s Treatise on Pestilence will be combined with modern advanced medical technology in Japan and applied to the treatment of various diseases. Besides, it may guide the research and development of new anti-infectious and antiviral drugs for better modern clinical applieation.
