摘  要:麻黄作为中药学的第一味中药,历代医家认为它是发汗峻药,辛温开泄,发表力峻,容易劫液亡阳,因此临床不用、少用。王付教授认为麻黄味辛,苦,性温,辛散为主,苦味为辅,宣散益辛,降泄益苦,辛苦温协同能宣散郁滞邪气。王老师临证善用麻黄,临床不拘混于风寒表证,更多用于治疗内伤杂病,每取佳效。Professor Wang Fu thinks that Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae) has pungent and bitter flavors and warm nature. Its pun- gent and dispersing functions are the main functions, and bitter flavor is adjunvant. Pungent can be used to disperse, while bitter can be used to descend and purge, but pungent, bitter and warm together can disperse stagnated pathogens. If patients have con- stant weak constitution, or long-time disease course, deficiency of both yin and yang, healthy qi failing to win pathogens, blocked tendons and meridians, and are marked by short breath, fatigue, strong desire for sleep, pain of joints and muscles with difficulty in extending and bending and even more pain with cold or rainy days, pale tongue with thin fur, sinking and unsmooth pulse. In clinical practice, syndrome should be found out accurately, pathogens should be grasped firmly, prescription and syndrome should depend on each other; many factors should be considered together; then adding or removing some drugs flexibly can a- chieve a remarkable curative effect, and the use of Mahuang is especially flexible.
