摘　　要：物流系统招标的结果,直接关系到项目的成败。从起草标书和评审投标文件的角度,对招标文件的构成、关键指标、评分方法等关系到招投标结果的内容进行了详细解释,并提出明确建议,为系统集成商、用户、评标专家提供参考。The bidding result of a logistics system project directly affects the success of the project. In this paper, from the angle of bid documents drafting and tender document review, we explained in detail the contents of the bid document that would affect the bid result, such as document composition, key index and grading method, etc., and proposed accordingly the suggestions and solutions.
