摘　　要：[目的/意义]侦查情报分析中的群体思维会产生多种偏差,导致侦查人员忽视解决问题这一根本目标而转向对群体结构稳定及群体关系维护之上。对此展开研究有助于侦查人员明确情报分析重点,提升情报分析的准确性。[方法/过程]通过对群体思维的属性及其研究现状的考察,指出侦查情报分析中此类偏差的典型样态,如信息搜寻不全与片面、信息评估偏差、风险评估偏差等,进而提出修正策略。[结果/结论]认为强化对群体思维现象认知、调整案件研判模式、引入辅助决策人员,淡化群体意识等方法可有效削弱和降低此类偏差对情报分析的不良影响。[ Purpose/Significance] The group think in the analysis of the investigation intelligence will produce various kinds of bias, which leads to the neglect of the basic goal of the intelligence analysis and turns to the stability of the group structure and the maintenance of group relationship. This research will help to clarify the focus of intelligence analysis and improve the accuracy of intelligence analysis. [ Method/Process] The paper presents groupthink properties and the current status of the research, points out that this kind of bias in the criminal investigation intelligence analysis includes incomplete collection of information, information assessment bias and risk assessment bias, and puts forward correction strategy. [ Results/Conclusion] The paper concludes that strengthening cognition of groupthink, adjusting cases judged model, introducing an auxiliary decision-making personnel and diluting group awareness can effectively weaken and reduce the adverse effects of such bias of intelligence analysis.
