摘 要:目的了解产前超声检查对全前脑畸形的早期诊断价值。方法总结经生后头颅CT检查或引产胎儿尸检证实的36例全前脑畸形胎儿的超声特征。结果全前脑畸形胎儿的典型超声特征是脑室出现单一扩张,丘脑融合,透明隔缺乏,大脑中线部分或全部消失,并发严重颜面畸形;其中叶状全前脑4例,半叶全前脑5例,无叶全前脑27例。孕12~17、18~28、36周分别检出18、13、5例。结论产前超声检查对全前脑畸形早期诊断具有较高价值。Objective To study the early diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound for holoprosencephaly. Methods The ultrasonographic features of 36 fetuses with holoprosencephaly confirmed by postnatal head CT or aborted fetal autopsy were summarized. Results Typical ultrasonographic features ofholoprosencephaly included single ventricular dilatation, thalamic fusion, shortage of septum pellucidum, partial or complete disappearance of brain midline, and severe facial deformities. Lobar, semilobar, and alobar holoprosencephaly occurred in 4, 5, and 27 cases. Eighteen, 13, and 5 cases ofholoprosencephaly were respectively detected in 12-17, 18-28, and 36 gestational weeks. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is valuable for the early diagnosis ofholoprosencephaly.
