摘  要:种子处理从源头上改善了种子的品质,有利于食品安全。高压静电场的合理利用可对种子的萌发、幼苗生长、农作物产量及品质保鲜等方面产生积极影响。分析了国内外高压静电场处理作物种子的概念、分类和应用等研究现状,指出了静电种子处理存在的问题,并提出了发展策略。Seed treatment improved quality of seeds from source, which is beneficial to the safety of food. Reasonable utilization of high voltage electrostatic field can have a positive effect on seed germination, seedling growth, crop yield and quality preser- vation. Concept, classification and application of high voltage electrostatic field treatment of crop seeds were analyzed. Prob- lems existed in the process of electrostatic seeds treatment were pointed out. And development countermeasures were put for- ward.
