摘 要:针对高原高寒山地"小、远、散"用户供电难题,提出采用20k V电压等级以在加大供电半径、减少线路电压损失、满足用电需求的同时降低升级改造费用。分析了配电网升级改造的可行性,以西藏地区某实际工程为例,在PSCAD软件平台对用户末端电能质量进行了仿真,对20kV配电网在高原高寒山地的适用性进行了展望。Aiming at solving power supply problems of " small, remote and scattered "users in plateau and high-cold mountain areas, the use of 20kV voltage level is proposed to increase the power supply radius, reduce the line voltage loss, meet the demand for electricity while reducing the cost of power grid upgrading and reconstruction. The feasibility of power distribution grid upgrading and reconstruction is analyzed. Taking a project in Tibet area as an example, the terminal power quality is simulated in PSCAD software platform, and the ap-plicability of 20kV distribution grid to plateau and high-cold mountain areas is forecasted.
