摘　　要：单一的思想政治教育工作已经不能应对日常管理中出现的各种问题,辅导员在班级管理中要重视心理健康教育工作,对学生的家庭背景、成长经历、个性心理特征要有全面的掌握,以心理疏导代替思想训导,通过提升学生心理品质到达育人效果。the problems of single work of Ideological and political education has been unable to cope with the daily management of the counselors should pay attention to the psychological health education in class management, the student’s family background, upbringing,personality characteristics have a comprehensive grasp of psychological counseling instead of ideas seeking discipline, through the promotion of students’ psychological quality education to effect.
