摘　　要：生物芯片检测技术是一种检测速度快、灵敏度高、专一性强的新型病毒检测技术。genetop马铃薯病毒试剂盒具有可同时检测出7种病毒(PVY可分型PVY与PVYN)与1种类病毒,直接检测薯块,所用试剂无毒,操作简便且病毒与类病毒全部检测平均成本低于ELISA等特点。对genetop马铃薯病毒试剂盒检测方法的原理、特点及马铃薯种薯生产与质量控制体系中的应用前景进行了综述。Biochip technology is a new virus detection technology with rapid detection,high sensitivity and strong specificity.Genetop potato virus kit had many advantages,such as can simultaneously detect seven viruses （PVY distinguish PVY and PVYN）and one viriod in a reaction,direct detection of tubers,reagent non-toxic,easy operation,average cost lower than ELISA etc.The principle,characteristics,potato seed production and quality control system prospects of potato virus biochip technology were reviewed in this paper.
