摘 要:目的研究模拟教学在七年制医学生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的中国医科大学七年制学生共120人,随机将学生分为两组:对照组(60人)和模拟教学组(60人)。对照组采用传统教学法,模拟教学组采用以实践教学为主。两组课后均参加理论考试和技能考试。应用SPSS 17.0统计学软件进行分析,组间比较采用χ^2检验,以P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果模拟教学组理论考试优良率高于对照组(P〈0.05),合格率和不合格率两组差异无统计学意义。模拟教学组技能考核优良率高于对照组(P〈0.05),不合格率和合格率均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论模拟教学可以有效提高七年制医学生学习成绩,有利于学生掌握临床技能,培养临床思维。Objective To study the application effect of simulation teaching method in clinical teaching for medical students in the seven-year-program. Methods Select a total of 120 students from China Medical University in the seven-year-program who are doing their internship in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, randomly divide them into two groups: control group(60 students) and simulation teaching group(60 students). The control group used traditional teaching methods, the simulation teaching group was mainly taught by practical teaching. The two groups both took the theorical test and the technical ability test. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis, χ^2test was applied for comparison between groups: P〈0.05 stands for the having statistical significant differences. Results Compared with the control group, the scoring of excellence rate in theorical test was higher in simulation teaching group(P〈0.05), while there was no statistical significant differences in the scoring rate of qualified and unqualified among the two groups. Compared with the control group, the scoring of excellence rate in technical ability test was higher in simulation teaching group(P〈0.05), both the scoring rate of qualified and unqualified was lower than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Simulation teaching can effectively improve the academic performance of medical students in seven-year-program, help students to master clinical skills, and to develop clinical thinking.
