摘　　要：目的研究如何加强中医治疗脂肪肝的宣教以及科室对脂肪肝门诊的合理安排。方法采用问卷调查法对1 950例脂肪肝患者进行脂肪肝相关知识认知情况、知识需求、获取途径等调查。结果脂肪肝患者对脂肪肝的认识普遍不足,脂肪肝患者会优先选择三甲医院、名老中医诊疗,并要求足够的就诊时间等相关医疗服务,对中医治疗脂肪肝还是持肯定的态度。结论需要加强对脂肪肝患者的健康宣教,根据患者就诊时间及就诊选择,合理安排脂肪肝门诊,加强门诊工作中与患者的相互交流,突出中医药优势。Objective To study how to strengthen the propaganda and education of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fatty liver and the reasonable arrangement of the Department in the clinic of fatty liver. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 950 cases of fatty liver related knowledge, knowledge requirement and access method. Results Fatty liver patients awareness of fatty liver is generally insufficient, fatty liver patients will give priority to the hospital, the old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, and adequate treatment time and other related medical services, Chinese medicine treatment of fatty liver and positive attitude. Conclusion Need to strengthen health education for patients with fatty liver, according to the patient＇s treatment time and choice of treatment, reasonable arrangements for fatty liver clinic, to strengthen the work of patients with the mutual exchanges, highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
