腹腔镜胆总管切开探查后胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆总管切开探查后胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术的临床效果。方法选择2011年2月-2015年2月我院收治的62例实施胆总管切开探查后胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术患者为研究对象,其中阴性患者11例,合并胆道蛔虫者5例。胆囊结石合并胆总管结石者51例。结果患者手术成功,无严重并发症,取出单枚结石者共计44例,取出2枚结石者10例。取出三枚以上结石者6例。结石直径为（0.8±0.2）cm。术中平均出血量为（81.6±15.9）ml。结论对于胆囊结石合并胆总管结石者实施腹腔镜胆总管切开探查后胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术进行治疗,可以取得显著效果。并发症少,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary suture of common bile duct after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration. Methods From February 2011 to February 2015 in our hospital 62 cases of common bile duct exploration in patients with common bile duct suture as the research object, including 11 cases of negative patients, 5 cases with biliary ascariasis. Gallbladder stone with common bile duct stones in 51 cases. Results The patients were successfully operated, without serious complications, and 44 cases were removed with a single stone, and 10 patients with 2 stones were removed. Take out more than three stones in 6 cases. Calculus diameter was（0.8±0.2） cm. The amount of bleeding during operation was（81.6± 15.9） ml. Conclusion For the treatment of common bile duct stones after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, the results can be achieved. Less complication, significant effect.
