探讨单侧外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧外固定支架法治疗四肢骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月-2016年3月于本院接受治疗的64例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,患者均采用单侧外固定支架进行治疗,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果参照四肢骨折愈合和关节功能恢复疗效标准,本文采用单侧外固定支架手术治疗的64例患者中,均取得了良好的术后愈合效果,疗效确切,且未出现骨畸形或未愈合现象;仅有2例患者出现钉道感染,1例患者出现针孔渗液现象,经有效护理后恢复。结论采用单侧外固定支架治疗四肢骨折患者具有良好的临床疗效,并发症发生率较少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral external fixation in the treatment of limbs fracture patients. Methods From January 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 64 cases of limbs fracture patients as the research object, the patients were treated with unilateral external fixator for treatment, observation of the clinical efficacy of patients after treatment. Results With limbs fracture healing and joint function recovery standard of curative effect, the treatment of 64 cases of unilateral external fixation surgery patients, the healing effect, achieved good postoperative curative effect, and no bone nonunion or deformity, only 2 cases of pin tract infection, 1 cases of patients with pinhole infiltration the phenomenon of liquid, through effective nursing recovery. Conclusion The use of unilateral external fixator in the treatment of limbs fracture patients with good clinical efficacy, the incidence of complications is low.
