摘 要:采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法,对上海市属普通高校体育课程进行层次化的探索,结论如下:以课程结构为依据进行纵向层次化、以课程内容为依据进行横向层次化。纵向层次化可分为3个阶段:2学期的4个项目普及、4学期的2个专项提高与竞赛、2学期的多个兴趣项目自我发展;而横向层次化则根据项目种类与学习难易程度进行逐步划分,以教师建议和学生自我评价相结合进行课程选择,满足学生多样化的体育课程需求。By using the methods of expert interviews, questionnaire and so on, this article explores the laye- ring about physical education of ordinary university in Shanghai. The result shows that longitudinal layering based on the structure of course and horizontal layering based on the content of course. The longitudinal layering can be divided into three stages : using two semesters to make four sports universal, using four semesters to improve two sports and to take part in the competition, using two semesters to develop several sports which you are interested in. However the horizontal layering divided step by step based on the project type and the ease of learning. Choosing courses based on the suggestion of the teachers and the self- assessment of students so that to meet all the students' needs about physical course.
