理工类大学生身体自尊水平的调查研究

摘　　要：研究采用文献资料法、量表测量法和数理统计法等研究方法,对南京理工大学部分理工类大学生就身体自尊水平进行了系统的调查研究。研究结果表明:理工类大学生身体自尊水平处于中等水平;理工类大学生身体自尊水平存在性别差异,且男生的身体自尊水平均显著高于女生;理工类大学生身体自尊水平在一、二年级上不存在差异;理工类大学生身体自尊水平在是否经常锻炼上存在差异性,且经常锻炼的理工类大学生身体自尊水平普遍高于不常锻炼的大学生。In this paper, the research methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics were used to investigate the level of physical self- esteem of some science and technology students in Nanjing University of Science and Technology. The research results show that science and technology college students＇physical self- esteem is just over the pass line level; and their physical self- esteem levels exist gender difference, male college students ＂ physical self - esteem levels were significantly higher than those of female college students; but there is no difference between different grades. There is difference between those students who take regular exercise and those who don t take exercises. The physical self - esteem level of the students who take regular exercise is higher than that of the students who dont take regular exercise.
