正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形疗效美观效果及对牙齿功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究牙列缺损伴发牙颌畸形行正畸和修复疗法联合治疗对临床疗效、美观效果及牙齿功能的影响。方法:资料取本院2012年4月至2016年4月牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形80例患者予回顾分析,按照治疗时所用不同治疗方案分为两组,对照组行修复疗法,观察组联合正畸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、美观效果及牙齿功能。结果:观察组临床疗效、美观效果及牙齿功能均比对照组优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者行正畸和修复联合治疗效果满意,值得推广。Objective：To observe the influence of orthodontic combined repair to treat patients with den-tition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity for the clinical efficacy, aesthetic effect and function of teeth. Methods：The data of 80 cases of patients with dentition defect with teeth micromaxillary deformity admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were retrospectively analysed. According to the treatment plan, all the patients were divided into two groups. The control group used repair therapy and the observation group combined orthodontic treatment. The clinical curative effect, beautiful effect and function of teeth of two groups were compared. Results：The curative effect and beautiful effect and function of teeth in the observation group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion：Orthodontic combined repair therapy to treat patients with dentition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity has a high efficacy and it is worth to promote.
