摘　　要：通过文献分析,总结了当归在治疗抑郁症中的应用现状,发现当归所含的有机酸类、苯酞类、多炔类成分具有良好的抗抑郁、神经保护及单胺类递质再摄取等作用。当归抗抑郁作用的机制与其对神经损伤、神经递质系统紊乱和氧化应激等方面具有改善作用相关,以期为当归临床治疗抑郁症提供科学依据。Through literature analysis, this paper summarizes the application ofAngelicae Sinensis Radix in depression. The organic acids, phthalides, and polyacetylenes of Angeliae Sinensis Radix have the effect of antidepression, neuroprotective and monoamine reuptake inhibition. This paper reviewed that Angelicae Sinensis Radix improved the possible mechanisms of depression including injury of nerve, oxidative stress, and neurotransmitter system disorders, which will provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of depression.
