喀什传统服务业探析

摘　　要：摘要：喀什为丝绸之路上古老而著名的都会之一。因此，喀什的传统服务业非常丰富。茶馆是一定时代的产物，又具有地域的特色，反映出不同地域的生活习惯、文化习俗和人文环境；刀是家庭中不可或缺的用具，这就推动了磨刀技术的产生和其技术的服务化；理发业兴起是受民族文化转型的影响，商贸繁荣，工匠艺人相对聚居，多元文化激发了理发业的兴起，伊斯兰教法成为较为规范的穆斯林习惯法等有一定的关系，民国年间，随着西方文化的渗入，理发服务业进一步得以发展。喀什饮食服务业主要以餐厅服务为主。特点主要表现在餐厅的装饰、招待客人、服务形式等方面。传统服务业都有自己的祖师。行祖具有伊斯兰世俗化、赋予传承的精神支持、以求手艺精湛，事业进步发展、突出行有行规的行业规范的特点。Kashgar is famous for her name of the ancient city of Silk Road. Therefore, she is rich of traditional services. A teahouse is one of the name cards of her, which is rich of territorial cultural features. It represents living habits, custom and cultural environment of local＇s. Handcraft knife is also an essential item for local householders, which is responsible for a highly-developed sharpen skill. Barbering also represents the impact of cultural transforming. It has been influenced by religion, multi-cultural transforming and westernizing. Food service of Kashgar is also unique by its characteristics of hosting and servicing. While clothing of Kashgar has its industry root this is strongly influenced by Islamic secularization. All of those services high-lights the attachment of inheritance, skills and developments.
