摘　　要：以内江师院为例,简述新时期高校大学生职业成长档案的现实意义,档案构建过程中存在的认识不到位、观念滞后、管理杂乱无序、内容适用性差等问题,从加强档案构建、加强档案宣传、提高档案利用、制度规范化档案管理等方面提出处理措施。Based on the situation in Neijiang Normal University, the paper analyzes the significance of college students＇ occupation development files as well as the current problems in constructing them such as insufficient understanding, backward thinking, disorganized management and poor adaptability of the files. It advocates the ways of strengthening the building of the files, publicizing of the files, making better uses of the files and conducting standardized management in the archive file work.
