高等教育治理体系中大学校长的角色定位研究

摘　　要：在高等教育治理体系和治理能力的现代化进程中,大学内外部治理关系日益复杂。大学校长作为联结内外部治理主体的关键人物,需要处理好与内外部各治理主体的关系,在继续承担教育家、政治家、学者等角色的基础之上,不断调整其角色定位:一方面要强化在内部治理关系中的决策执行者角色意识;另一方面在外部治理关系中要承担更多的公共责任,并根据具体情况做适当的调整。The internal and external governance relationships of universities are more and more complicated in the process of modernization of governance system and capacity in higher education. The presidents of universities are the critical characters connecting the internal and external governance bodies and need to handle all relationships among all bodies. The presidents should adjust the roles on the basis of continuing to be educators,politicians and scholars： on the one hand,to strengthen the role of decision-making implementer in the internal governance relationship; on the other hand,to take more public responsibility in the external governance relationship,and at the same time,to make appropriate adjustments according to the specific circumstances.
