摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训已经在我国全面启动。军队在住院医师规范化培训过程中既有优势,也面临一定挑战,应从总体设计、制度建设、基地建设等方面加紧建设与推行。In the comprehensive implementation of the standardized training of residents in China, the military has the superiority, and also faces some challenges. The military should hasten the step forward in the overall design, institutional improvement, base construction and so on.
