新时期中国农民启蒙的政治面相——以农民政治主体性崛起为中心的考察

摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着经济、政治、城乡二元体制改革的逐步推进,以及农民政治参与意识、素质、能力的不断提高,中国农民的政治主体性迅猛崛起,先后经历了家庭联产承包责任制与农民的政治觉醒、村民自治与农民的政治参与、进城务工与农民的政治窘迫等几个阶段。一方面呈现了新时期农民启蒙的政治面相,另一方面透露着当前农民在政治参与、政治抗争等方面的窘迫感和无力感,折射出农民启蒙中推进政治认同、国家认同的必要性和紧迫性。因此,当前应该加速推进改革城乡二元体制、户籍制度等一系列歧视性制度和政策,在不断的政策、制度突破中实现农民的平等国民待遇,从而将农民从政治窘迫的羁绊中解脱出来,积极引导农民从激烈的政治抗争逐步走向政治认同,推动农民政治启蒙继续前行。Since the Reform and Opening,along with the gradual progress of the reform in economy,politics and urban-rural dualism,as well as the improvement of peasants' awareness,quality,ability in political participation,the political subjectivity of Chinese peasants rose rapidly.The rising process experienced the household contract responsibility system and the rose of political awareness,villagers' autonomy and peasants' political participation,urban-migrant workers and peasants' political distress and so on.On the one hand,it shows the political character of the peasants' enlightenment in the new period,on the other hand,showing the sense of embarrassment and powerlessness of the peasants in terms of political participation and political protest,which reflects the necessity and urgency of promoting political recognition and national identity in the enlightenment of peasants.Therefore,we should speed up the reform of a series of discriminatory systems and policies such as urban-rural dualism,household registration system,achieve equal treatment of peasants in the continuous policy and institutional breakthroughs fetters out peasants from the political embarrassment,guide the peasants from the fierce political struggle gradually toward political identity to move on the promoting of peasants' political enlightenment.
