摘 要:自转向车桥是一种新型的轴桥结构,当车辆通过曲线时,自转向车桥的轮胎能够沿着纯滚线的方向转动以减小轮胎的磨耗。设计了一种新型的自转向车桥APM(自动旅客输送)车辆,走行轮胎通过四连杆机构与导向框连接,导向框与车桥能够回转,使得走行轮胎在通过曲线时能够随导向框转动并趋向线路中心线的径向位置。利用Simpack软件建立了自转向车桥APM车辆的动力学模型,走行轮轮胎采用Pacejka模型,导向轮轮胎采用单边间隙力元模拟。仿真分析了自转向车桥APM车辆的曲线通过性能和运行平稳性。仿真结果表明:自转向车桥轮胎APM车辆具有良好的曲线通过性能和适宜的运行平稳性,走行轮的侧偏力随曲线半径增加而显著减小。Self - steering axle is a new type structure, on which the running tires of a car can rotate in the direction of pure rolling line on the curve, thus to reduce its wear. A new APM vehicle with self-steering axle is designed and a dynamics model of the vehicle based on SIMPACK is established, in which the Pacejka model and unilateral clearance force element simulation are utilized to imitate the running tire and guide tire respectively, then, the curving performance and ride quality are analyzed. The simulation result shows that the APM vehicle with selfsteering axle has good curving performance and suitable ride quality, the cornering force of the running tire will decrease significantly with the increase of the curve radius.
