护理研究生导师队伍现状及AGIL模式指导下的建设研究

摘　　要：对国内护理研究生导师队伍现状进行总结并分析,指出目前我国护理研究生教育中师资队伍建设尚存在人员短缺,学历偏低、能力结构不完整,指导不到位,缺乏统一的准入规定和考核标准等问题,并在帕森斯AGIL模式指导下,提出需适应新时期护理学科发展需求、全球护理学科发展趋势以及研究生个体发展需要,以培养目标为导向提升导师队伍数量结构、优化能力结构,整合资源、提高利用效率,维持文化氛围、优化潜在模式等策略,以促进导师队伍建设。This paper summarized and analyzed the status quo of nursing graduate faculty at home, and pointed out the. problems such as the personnel shortage, unreasonable structure of education, the imperfect comprehensive quality and ability, the limited time to guide students. Un- der the guidance of AGIL model theory, we put forward some strategies such as updating the requirements of the new era, setting a clear objec- tives, integrating the resources and improving efficiency, maintaining the cultural atmosphere, optimizing the potential model that all aimed to pro- mote the construction and improvement of nursing graduate faculty.
