摘  要:用石墨烯-聚乙烯醇-钯修饰电极(GN-PVA-Pd/GCE)测定水产品中的克林沙星(CFN)。研究了CFN在GN-PVA-Pd/GCE上的电化学行为,并探讨了示差脉冲伏安法检测CFN的可行性。结果表明,在pH=10、扫速=100m V·s^-1的条件下,GN-PVA-Pd/GCE修饰电极对CFN的响应效果最好,检测CFN的线性范围分为两段,在0.09-5.4μM CFN浓度区间,峰电流与CFN浓度的线性关系为I(μA)=0.998 CCFN(μM)+0.034;在5.4-72μM CFN浓度区间,线性关系为I(μA)=0.207CCFN(μM)+4.154。检出限为0.03μM(信噪比S/N=3)。GN-PVA-Pd/GCE用于检测水产品中CFN,加标回收率为96.7%-106.6%,RSD为2.8%-3.9%。Graphene-polyvinyl alcohol-Pd( GN-PVA-Pd) nanocomposite was synthesized and applied to the determination of clinafloxacin( CFN). The electrochemical behavior of CFN on the nanocomposite was investigated and a differential pulse voltammetry method was developed for the determination of CFN.The results showed that the peak current increased with the CFN concentration in the range of 0. 09 - 5. 4μM with a calibration equation of I( μA) = 0. 998CCFN+0. 034( μM) and in the range of 5. 4 - 72μM with a calibration equation of I( μA) = 0. 207CCFN+4. 154( μM) under the conditions of p H 10 and scan rate 100 m V·s^-1. The detection limit was estimated to be 0. 03μM( S / N = 3). The modified electrode has been applied to the determination of CFN in aquatic product samples with the recoveries of 96. 7% - 106. 6%.
