摘　　要：立足于创新型经济场域,从分析学科人与产业者特征入手,针对两类群体显现的诸如转化机制不健全、角色信息不对称、绩效分配不合理、诉求响应不及时等导致的"不和"加以思考,进而就如何实现两者相和在实体组建、价值链管理、制度导引、人才培养等方面提出对策,以利于完善学科与产业协同创新机制。In the field of innovation economy research, the paper analyzes the characteristics of discipline scholar and in- dustry. Then it emphasizes their disuniting which is caused by undound transformation mechanism, asymmetric role infor- mation, unreasonable distribution of performance, and slow appeal response. At last, it proposes suggestions to promote their harmony from four aspects including establishing innovative organization, carrying out value - based management, per- fecting policies and system, and cultivating talents, ect.
