摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,环境负荷不断加大,各种环境污染也随之出现,重金属在生物体内的积累效应对人类的健康造成潜在地威胁。文章重点阐述了铅、镉、汞等重金属的危害及其与肿瘤的关系。研究环境中重金属暴露与肿瘤的发生机制,对职业性暴露的人群提供健康指导,以及预防肿瘤的发生均具有重要的现实意义。Along with the economic development of China, environmental load has continued to increase, and a series of environmental pollution phenomenon come out simultaneously. Accumulative effects of the heavy metal in vivo cause potential threats for human beings. This article puts emphasis on the hazard of heavy metals（e.g.plumbum, cadmium and mercury） and the relevance with tumor. Research the occurrence mechanism of heavy metal exposure and tumor has practical significance to provide health guidance for professionals who work in the exposed areas and prevent them from tumor.
