摘　　要：社会化是人通过与他人交往逐渐从自然人变为社会人的过程,这个过程伴随人的一生,而成年之前的社会化过程则起着关键性的作用,这是人与社会初步接触的必要准备,也决定着人在成年之后的社会化结果。然而,重组家庭的子女在社会化过程中却出现了社会沟通不顺畅,角色扮演不合格,人格发展不健全等问题。究其原因,主要是家庭教育失误,学校教育失职,社会帮助有限以及子女自身的问题。为帮助重组家庭的子女完善社会化过程,应该在社会工作者的介入下改善家庭教育,健全学校教育,医治子女心理并让社会提供帮助。Socialization is a process that a man gradually becomes a social person from a natural person through interacting with others.Which is along with his life.And the process before being adults plays a key role in the whole .Which is the necessary preparation for a man to contact with society and also affects the results of socialization after being adults.However,the children living in the reconstituted family have faced many problems when being socialized.For example,their communication with others is not smooth,and their role-playing is unqualified,and their personality development is not sound.The reasons are mainly that family education is fault,and there is a dereliction？of duty in school education,and the help from society is limited, and these children have their own problems.To help them to improve the process,caseworkers should help perfect their family education and school education,and cure their mind,and ask for help from society.
