全真环境下高校学生记者团用人与育人融合培育机制探析

摘　　要：学生记者团是高校新闻宣传工作的生力军,对于高校新闻宣传起到积极的促进作用,在"准新闻专业化"的实践培养下,学生记者团成为应对高校人才培育和社会人才需求而被"使用式培育"的特殊学生团体。本文通过对高校学生记者团生存和发展现状调研,探索在新闻全真环境下,基于用人和育人双重办团宗旨的学生记者团(新闻选修课)培育机制,使对学生记者的"使用"和"培育"有机地融合,使学生记者在为高校新闻宣传做贡献的同时,自身也得到新闻专业培训和实践,成为具有不同专业背景优势的"准专业"新闻人才。through the research about the present situation of university students＂ existence and development of the press corps, explore the true news environment, based on the dual group guideline of students and cultivation of choose and employ persons press corps training mechanism, make the student reporter ＂use＂ and ＂cuhivating＇ organic fusion, causes the student to journalists in news propaganda contribute for colleges and universities at the same time, also get news professional training and practice to become a different professional background advantage i＇professional＂ news.
