摘 要:基于新材料技术,研发了一种高绝缘耐腐蚀Ⅱ型弹条新型扣件系统,同时开展了扣件系统纵向阻力、扣压力、绝缘性能等系列测试,并进行了现场试铺应用。测试结果表明:扣件系统纵向阻力和扣压力分别为16.17,21.1 k N;300万次组装疲劳试验后,扣件系统静刚度、扣压力、纵向阻力、轨距变化均满足要求;两轨间电阻达10.6Ω·km。现场试铺应用结果表明:该扣件系统显著提高了道床漏泄电阻,大幅降低螺栓日常涂油作业,减少扣件系统养护维修工作量。Based on new material technology,a new Ⅱ-type elastic bar fastening system with high insulation and excellent rust-resistance was proposed.In order to validate the new fastening system performance,a series of laboratory tests including longitudinal resistance,clamping force and insulation performance of fastening system were carried out and the field trial laying experiments were implemented.Research results show that the longitudinal resistance and clamping force are 16.17 kN and 21.1 kN respectively,the static stiffness,clamping force,longitudinal resistance and track gauge change of fastening system could meet the requirements after 3 million times of fatigue tests,the electrical resistance of the fastening system between two rails is up to 10.6 Ω·km,this new fastening system significantly improves the leakage resistance of ballast bed and greatly reduces the daily bolt oiling work and maintenance and repair work of fastening system.
