摘 要:针对特高压直流线路带电作业存在作业环境复杂等问题,文中采用模糊层次分析法,建立了以带电作业环境、作业人员素质、技术设备条件及安全管理等因素为主体的递阶层次安全综合评价指标体系,在特高压直流线路带电作业安全综合评价指标体系的基础上,构建带电作业安全评价等级,分析了特高压直流线路带电作业危险因素,并针对贵州宾金线±800 kV特高压直流线路带电作业进行了安全评价,结果表明:该次带电作业安全等级为"较安全",其中影响作业安全的主要因素为带电作业环境,且评价结果与该次带电作业安全检查报告结论一致,验证了评价模型的准确性,该评价方法为±800 kV特高压直流线路带电作业安全管理提供了科学依据。In view of the complex live-line working condition on ultra high voltage DC transmission line, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is employed to establish a multi-level comprehensive safety evaluation indexes system for live-line working on ultra high voltage DC transmission line, including the factors such as live- line working environment, personnel quality, technical equipment condition and security management. On the basis of the indexes system, live-line working safety evaluation grade is determined, and the risk of live-line working on ultra high voltage DC transmission line is analyzed. This safety evaluation indexes system is applied to the Binjin +800 kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line in Guizhou Province for live-line working safety evaluation, and the results show that the grade of live-line working safety is "relatively safe", the main factor influencing the grade is the live-line working environment. This evaluation is in conformity with the conclusion of the safety inspection report, verifying the accuracy of the proposed multi-level comprehensive safety evaluation indexes system. This evaluation method provide the scientific basis for safety management of live-line working on :1:800 kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line.
