摘 要:以处理多晶硅生产中固渣浆料为目的,设计开发了一种新型连续式密闭的干燥机。介绍了新型干燥机的结构、工作原理及特殊的轴端密封方案,并采用ANSYS Workbench软件对静置状态和工作状态两种情况下连续式干燥机的搅拌系统进行了静力学分析,分析结果表明搅拌系统强度和刚度均满足工艺要求,搅拌系统的变形主要是受搅拌系统的截面弯曲惯性矩、自重载荷两个因素影响。在保证搅拌系统强度满足的条件下,可通过提高截面惯性矩和降低搅拌系统自重的方法来降低挠度,同时搅拌器的受力状况也会改善。对连续式干燥机搅拌系统进行了优化计算,最终使搅拌系统减重28.95%。According to the characteristics and difficulties in the processing of polysilicon slurry, a continuous and airtight dryer was designed. Both the special structure and working principle of the new type dryer were introduced. The stress condition was studied using ANSYS Workbench. Results show that the strength and stiffness of the mixing system meet the technological requirements. The deformation of the mixing system is mainly affected by axial section bending moment of inertia and gravity load. Therefore, under the condition of ensuring the strength, it can reduce the deflection by increasing section moment of inertia and gravity, which can improve the stress condition of the mixing system. The weight of mixing system lose is about 28.95% by means of optimizing.
