Research hotspots in foreign and domestic precision medicine

摘　　要：目的:梳理精准医疗领域的发展历史和研究热点,揭示学科内部结构。方法:以Pub Med数据库中主题为"精准医疗"的文献为研究对象,利用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB 2)和SPSS 21.0对检索结果进行主题词聚类分析和高频词分析,揭示该领域的研究热点和学科内部结构。结果:精准医疗领域发文量逐年上升,载文期刊主要以英、美期刊为主,Top 30主题词和聚类结果表征了精准医疗领域的研究热点,主题战略坐标分析展现了精准医疗的学科内部结构。结论:肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后以及分子靶向技术的应用等是精准医疗领域的研究热点,乳腺癌的治疗等领域在未来具有较好的发展前景。Objective To reveal the internal structure of precision medicine by investigating its development history and research hotspots. Methods Papers on precision medicine were retrieved from PubMed. The subject headings and high frequency words in these papers were analyzed by BICOMB 2 and SPSS 21 . 0 respectively to reveal the re-search hotspots and internal structure of precision medicine. Results The number of published papers on precision medicine was increased year by year. The journals in USA and Great Britain took a leading role in publishing such papers. The top 30 subject headings showed the research hotspots in precision medicine. Strategic coordinate analysis of subject headings displayed the internal structure of precision medicine. Conclusion Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors, and application of molecular target technology are the research hotspots in precision medicine. Treatment of breast cancer has a good prospect in the future.
